I love being able to explain insurance in laymen's terms to people so they understand what they are purchasing and how it will cover them in the event of a loss. So many people know they have to carry insurance but do not know how much they need or even what it will cover for them . That is where I come in - I like to know that when they hang up the phone or leave my office, they feel secure in their knowledge of what they are spending their money on and that they feel protected.
